Bayaan Set To Release Their Debut Album
Pepsi Battle of the Bands Season 3 winners Bayaan have been in the limelight following their win with various gigs and concerts across the country. As the band continues to make their way through the industry, they are ecstatic to release their debut album titled “Suno” at this year’s Lahore Music Meet.
Formed in 2014, the band was one of the few to emerge out of Nescafe Basement. With that being said, the album is a collection of 9 tracks, featuring atmospheric build-ups, meaningful lyrics and melodies that are soulful and catchy. Through this album, they pay homage to the band’s collective inspirations and influences while staying distinctly Bayaan.
While talking about the album, Bayaan told Libas Now that “Suno” is an ode to all their supporters and listeners who have made the band what it is today.
“It is a depiction of the band’s journey in the last couple of years and the individual struggles and experiences of each band member. Through the album, we hope to play a part in reviving the culture of original music and albums in Pakistan and we hope that people connect with it as much as we did while making it. Here is to stronger music culture in Pakistan,” they added.
The band has Asfar Hussain on vocals, Haider Abbas on bass, Shahrukh Aslam on guitars, Muqueet Shahzad on guitars and Mansoor Lashari on drums. As we await the new album, team Libas Now sends their best wishes to the band.
